Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 banana

150ml milk or almond milk

30g jumbo oats

half a teaspoonful ground cinnamon

1 tablespoonful natural yoghurt

1 dessertspoonful chia seeds

Method

Place all the ingredients in a  blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you like a less thick consistency.

Pour into a large glass and enjoy as a healthy breakfast, or post-workout snack.
