A quick and tasty breakfast – perfect for summer days or if you fancy a lighter breakfast

ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • a handful of frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoons live/bio natural yoghurt
  • 1 dsp milled flaxseed

method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large jug
  2. Blend together (ideally with a hand blender so there is les washing up!)
  3. Add some milk if it seems too thick
  4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy
