Ingredients:

40g jumbo oats 

1 tsp ground ginger 

½ tsp ground turmeric 

1 dsp Linwoods milled flax 

Handful of walnuts, crushed 

1 cup almond milk or kefir, to cover 

½ pear to serve  

Method:

Combine the oats with the spices, seeds and nuts in an airtight container.  

Cover with milk or kefir and put in the fridge overnight.  

Serve with sliced pear.
