This chocolate mousse is a cheeky way to maximise your intake of good fats, soluble fibre and antioxidants. The ingredients magically transform into a creamy, chocolatey mousse that no-one will suspect of containing avocado!

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 dsp raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 dsp coconut milk

handful of hazelnuts, to serve

Method

Put the avocado flesh and the banana (leaving a few slices for decoration) into your food processor or blender with the other ingredients.

Whizz until everything is well combined and serve with a topping of the reserved sliced banana and some hazelnuts.
