Woo hoo! I am so excited about this product as I have been suggesting Lizi’s as a fairly good granola for a while now, so when I saw she had a new low sugar version, I just had to try it.
This low sugar version contains a mealsy 3.8g sugar per 100g (I ask most of my clients to check food labels for a max of 12g sugar per 100g, so this falls well within the range). This equates to just under half a teaspoonful per portion (as long as you stick to the 50g portion size that Lizi suggest of course).
I really like the taste of this with a bit of natural yoghurt & some berries for breakfast and I find it keeps me going for ages as it is packed with nuts and seeds, a good source of essential fats and good quality protein to help maintain and sustain energy levels.
