These little energy balls are packed with hormone balancing ingredients. A combination of flaxseed, oats and spices to help maintain and sustain your energy, support female hormone balance and pack a nutritional punch.  

Ingredients;

150g cashew nuts 

50g pecans or walnuts 

75g dried apricots 

50g Linwoods milled flaxseed with coQ10 

40g oats 

1 tsp ground cinnamon 

1 tsp maca powder 

1 tsp ground ginger 

1 large orange  

Method;

Place the nuts, apricots, flaxseed, oats and spices in a food processor and blitz for a couple of minutes until well mixed.  

Zest the orange and add to the mix.  

Squeeze the juice for half the orange.  

Turn the food processor on and slowly pour in the orange juice.  

Mix until well combined.  

Roll the mixture into bite size balls. Makes about 20.
