This superfood houmous contains chickpeas and flaxseed, two of the richest sources of plant-based hormone balancing phytoestrogens in our diet.   

Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed  

1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped 

1 lemon, zest and juice 

2 tblsp olive oil  

½ tsp sea salt 

40g fresh coriander 

1 dsp Linwoods milled seeds 

Method:

Place the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, zest, olive oil and salt in a food processor.

Blitz until smooth.

Add the coriander leaves and flaxseed and blitz for a few seconds until well combined.
