The Challenge Continues!
We’re back with another Lockdown Nutrition and Fitness Challenge! Everyone is welcome whether you’re currently on board with the first challenge and want to keep the momentum going or if you are looking to get involved for the first time, this works for you all!
The first phase has been simply amazing fun and so motivational. Here’s what some of our current challenge gang have to say:

This challenge is a combination of targeted dietary changes and exercise (appropriate for all abilities), this 4-week plan (starting Monday 22 June) is going to motivate you to eat well and move well, so that you can be well. It is well known that nutritious food, balanced with regular exercise can balance our immune systems, improve our resilience and support our mental health – just what we all need right now!
