To give back and to help my fellow small businesses, I’m delighted to offer a series of 3 FREE online sessions to help and support your health and wellbeing during this time.

This is for you if your small business is finding things tough right now, if you work in hospitality, beauty, the arts, as a key worker or in any other sector that is finding things hard, I’m here to support you.

As we all struggle to adjust to the ever-changing situation that Covid-19 has brought to us, making a few savvy choices in the food we eat can make all the difference.
