Banana, Oat & Chia Smoothie


  • 1 banana
  • 200ml milk or almond milk
  • 30g jumbo oats
  • half a teaspoonful ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoonful natural yoghurt
  • 1 dessertspoonful chia seeds


  • Place all the ingredients in a  blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you like a less thick consistency.
  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy as a healthy breakfast, or post-workout snack.
