Fiery Pear & Ginger Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g jumbo oats
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 dsp Linwoods milled flax
  • Handful of walnuts, crushed
  • ½ pear to serve

Method

  • Combine the oats with the spices, seeds and nuts in an airtight container.
  • Cover with milk or kefir and put in the fridge overnight.
  • Serve with sliced pear.
