Orange Granola


  • 200g desicated or flaked coconut
  • 60g chia seeds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 100g Walnuts or pecans
  • 3 tblsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Juice & zest of an unwaxed orange


  • Pre-heat your oven 10 160C.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Stir in the coconut oil and add the zest and juice of the orange
  • Bake for 20mins, checking every 5 minutes or so to prevent burning.
