Fiery Pear & Ginger Overnight Oats
Ingredients
• 40g jumbo oats
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• ½ tsp ground turmeric
• 1 dsp Linwoods milled flax
• Handful of walnuts, crushed
• ½ pear to serve
Method
1. Combine the oats with the spices, seeds and nuts in an airtight container.
2. Cover with milk or kefir and put in the fridge overnight.
3. Serve with sliced pear.
