Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Pops
Ingredients
Serves 4 depending on the size of your moulds.
200g natural yoghurt
100g strawberries
1-2 tsp runny honey
Method
Put the yoghurt in a bowl and stir in the honey.
Mash the strawberries on a chopping board with a fork and add to the yoghurt.
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
