Super Food Houmous
Ingredients
• 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped
• 1 lemon, zest and juice
• 2 tblsp olive oil
• ½ tsp sea salt
• 40g fresh coriander
• 1 dsp Linwoods milled seeds
Method
1. Place the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, zest, olive oil and salt in a food processor.
2. Blitz until smooth.
3. Add the coriander leaves and flaxseed and blitz for a few seconds until well combined.
