Kale crisps

 

Ingredients

  • a bunch of kale

  • a drizzle of olive oil

  • a pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 150C.

  2. Cut the tough stalk out of the kale and roughly shred.

  3. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season and put in the oven for 9-10minutes.

  4. Take out of the oven halfway through cooking and toss the kale around so that it gets evenly cooked, and the edges don’t burn.

  5. Serve with a few other healthy snacks like nuts, olives and a glass of something refreshing.
