Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
200g bar dark chocolate (at least 70%)
freeze dried raspberries
chopped nuts
sunflower & pumpkin seeds
dried cranberries, chopped
Method
Break the chocolate up and gently melt over a bowl of hot water.
Pour onto a baking sheet and spread thinly.
Add any combination of nuts, seeds and dried fruit you like.
Put in the fridge for 30mins, or until the chocolate has set.
Break into shards and serve for an after dinner treat, or give as a Christmas gift.
