Tahini and cacao fudge
Ingredients
150g tahini
2 tblsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tblsp maple syrup
1 tblsp cacao nibs
pinch of sea salt
Method
Line a 10-20cm container with baking paper. A loaf tin or tupperware box will work.
Mix all the ingredients together in small bowl.
Pour the mixture into the container and put in the fridge for at least an hour.
Cut into 12 bite-size squares.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
