Carrot cake overnight oats
Ingredients
30g jumbo oats
1 dsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1 small carrot, grated
half an apple, grated
10g sultanas
handful of walnuts
200ml milk of your choice
Method
Combine the dry ingredients in an airtight container.
Cover with milk and store in the fridge overnight (or for at least 2 hours) before serving.
